Johan was kind and helpful (he helped us up the 4 flights of stairs). The room was classic Florentine and actually large. The view is a wonderful view of the surrounding roofs, very classic. Within ten minutes of the market place and shopping district.
The room was ice cold upon arrival and I loved it. He let us choose which room that we wanted.
